Trey Murphy and Jay Fields started out as childhood friends. After they both graduated from Texas A&M University, Jay, class of '03 became an officer in the United States Army and Trey, class of '02 began his career in construction building homes. In 2008 they joined forces and TiCon Texas Construction Services was formed. Since then, the company has gained a foothold in the multifamily renovation industry. Along the way, TiCon has renovated thousands of units and numerous multiyear projects in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas markets.Today, the TiCon Texas team remains focused on building strong relationships with every customer. We understand that our role can start prior to acquisition. Due diligence walkthroughs, budget analysis, pre bid meetings, thorough job proposals and managing production for the duration of the project are the necessary steps taken to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as promised.
