IKO ROOFPRO is a loyalty program for roofing contractors in the U.S. and Canada. All members are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of IKO. IKO does not guarantee the skills, qualifications, or workmanship of any ROOFPRO member.

The ROOFPRO program offers members benefits such as rebates, rewards, and discounts on services. Select and Craftsman Premier members can offer Extended Iron Clad Protection limited warranties to homeowners (extended warranty does not cover workmanship), with a $75.00 application fee (waived for certain products in the U.S.). Membership at these levels also requires payment of annual fees to IKO and a commitment to purchase IKO products.

Choosing a roofer is an important decision. Membership in the ROOFPRO program does not replace the need for you to conduct due diligence, including checking references, financial soundness, licensing, insurance, and the workmanship warranty that the roofer offers. IKO does not guarantee the quality or performance of any ROOFPRO member's work, and expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties related to the roofer’s inclusion in the ROOFPRO program.

Stout Roofing was founded in 1998 in St. George, Utah, and is now proudly operated by a family of third-generation roofers. Roofing is in our blood—passed down from grandfather to father to sons. We grew up on rooftops, learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and doing things right the first time. That tradition of quality and integrity continues to guide us every day.

From day one, Stout Roofing built a reputation for expertise in a variety of roofing systems, especially concrete tile and re-roofs. Our headquarters in St. George naturally positioned us to serve nearby Nevada communities like Mesquite, Logandale, and Overton, as well as northern Arizona towns such as Page and Fredonia. We also have a location in Cedar City, Utah, allowing us to serve all of Iron County and the many rural communities along Highway 89.
