Renewed Property Advisors was started after years of working in construction and storm

restoration and seeing too many homeowners left confused, underpaid, or pressured into quick,

low-quality fixes. For over eight years, our founder worked for other companies in insurance and

storm work and kept seeing the same pattern: people were not getting clear information, fair

options, or the level of workmanship their homes deserved.



The company was created after seeing homeowners taken advantage of by insurance and

low-bid contractors. There was a clear gap between what some estimates covered and what it

actually took to restore a property the right way. Renewed Property Advisors exists to close that

gap by educating people, offering honest retail and insurance options, and restoring their

property to better than it was before the storm or before the project started.
