Paradigm Roofing was founded in 2004 by Texas-native, Tony Hall, a licensed roofing professional with more than 30 years of roofing and construction experience. At the age of 15, Tony started roofing shingles and by the time he graduated high school, he was managing his own crew for one of the largest builders in the country. Tony enlisted in the United States Navy and served for four years before attending college and obtaining a degree in corporate finance. He then spent two decades growing the financial wealth for everyday people and eventually self-funded Paradigm Roofing. In North Dallas there are thousands of roofing contractors, most of whom are fly-by-night roofers who are looking for a quick dollar and lack both the integrity and knowledge to build a great roof system that not only keeps buildings safe from the elements but also drives down energy cost.
