IKO ROOFPRO is a loyalty program for roofing contractors in the U.S. and Canada. All members are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of IKO. IKO does not guarantee the skills, qualifications, or workmanship of any ROOFPRO member.

The ROOFPRO program offers members benefits such as rebates, rewards, and discounts on services. Select and Craftsman Premier members can offer Extended Iron Clad Protection limited warranties to homeowners (extended warranty does not cover workmanship), with a $75.00 application fee (waived for certain products in the U.S.). Membership at these levels also requires payment of annual fees to IKO and a commitment to purchase IKO products.

Choosing a roofer is an important decision. Membership in the ROOFPRO program does not replace the need for you to conduct due diligence, including checking references, financial soundness, licensing, insurance, and the workmanship warranty that the roofer offers. IKO does not guarantee the quality or performance of any ROOFPRO member's work, and expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties related to the roofer’s inclusion in the ROOFPRO program.

Company history and description:

Four Seasons Roofing is locally owned and operated as the owners have deep roots in the Chico community. Our family-owned company started back in 1992 performing re-roofs, new construction and custom homes in Chico. By the early 2000's the business had expanded significantly, allowing us to add commercial roofing to our list of services.

Over the years, we've had the pleasure of working on many historical buildings in Chico. One of Chico's most visible and well-known landmarks, Hotel Diamond, features a lookout atop the building (otherwise known as a cupola) which our team helped restore. Four Seasons Roofing was also selected to re-roof The Bethel Church, originally built in 1867 on land owned by John Bidwell. Our most recent roofing project, restoration of the Morehead Building on the corner of Fourth and Broadway, has brought the building back to its original glory with the tall copper custom turret.
