IKO ROOFPRO is a loyalty program for roofing contractors in the U.S. and Canada. All members are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of IKO. IKO does not guarantee the skills, qualifications, or workmanship of any ROOFPRO member.
The ROOFPRO program offers members benefits such as rebates, rewards, and discounts on services. Select and Craftsman Premier members can offer Extended Iron Clad Protection limited warranties to homeowners (extended warranty does not cover workmanship), with a $75.00 application fee (waived for certain products in the U.S.). Membership at these levels also requires payment of annual fees to IKO and a commitment to purchase IKO products.
Choosing a roofer is an important decision. Membership in the ROOFPRO program does not replace the need for you to conduct due diligence, including checking references, financial soundness, licensing, insurance, and the workmanship warranty that the roofer offers. IKO does not guarantee the quality or performance of any ROOFPRO member's work, and expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties related to the roofer’s inclusion in the ROOFPRO program.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU RELEASE IKO INDUSTRIES LTD./IKO INDUSTRIES INC., THEIR AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, NOW EXISTING OR HEREINAFTER ARISING, RELATED TO YOUR CONTRACTOR SELECTION, THEIR WORK, OR IKO'S ROOFPRO PROGRAM.
